Is every piece handmade?

Yes. Every lamp is handcrafted after you place your order. Because each piece is made by hand, small variations in color and finish, and tiny air bubbles in the resin, are natural and make every lamp one of a kind.

How long does it take to make and ship my order?

Your lamp takes 7–15 days to make, then 1–3 weeks to reach you, so about 2–5 weeks in total. We ship to the United States, Canada, the European Union and Australia, and email your tracking number as soon as your order ships. See our shipping policy for details.

How is the lamp powered?

Every lamp has a built-in LED light that brings the scene to life. Power options and any extras, such as a color remote, are listed on each product page.

What if my piece arrives damaged?

Email support@kamearts.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. Once your claim is approved, you can choose a free replacement or a full refund, and you do not need to send the item back. See our refund policy.
